Thanks to our continued dedication to improving our response times, we are thrilled to say that for the large majority of the call out requests we receive, we typically arrive within two hours, having you back up and running in no-time. However, we still aim to continue improving our support services, with our goal for 2020 and beyond to be response times of 1 hour.

We offer our clients unlimited monthly call-outs for the duration of a copier or printer lease. That’s because we want you to have extra peace of mind and be confident that any technical or hardware issues will be swiftly resolved.

How long does it take for you to respond to a support and repair request?

We will always strive to resolve any issues as quick as possible. We’re proud to say for the vast majority of calls we’re able to respond and arrive within 2 hours. Our goal for 2021 is to reduce that to just 1 hour.
