Our support team strives to respond to callouts within six hours, but we are thrilled to say that for the large majority of call-out requests, we typically arrive within two hours.

We offer our clients unlimited monthly call-outs for the duration of a copier or printer lease. That’s because we want you to have extra peace of mind and be confident that any technical or hardware issues will be swiftly resolved.
How long does it take for you to respond to a support and repair request?
We will always strive to resolve any issues as quick as possible. We’re proud to say for the vast majority of calls we’re able to respond and arrive within 2 hours, and we’re aiming to reduce that to just 1 hour in the very near future.
