As part of your monthly plan, we’ll replace toner and ink cartridges when they reach a certain level so you don’t have any interruptions to your business.

As part of your package we will service and maintain your duplicator printer and our engineers will always be on-hand for repair and maintenance services if/when you need it
Who owns the duplicator printer at the end of the lease?
At the end of any duplicator printer lease, the management company will continue to own the device. However, you are able to purchase the printer directly at any point during the lease.
One of the biggest benefits of not owning the printer out-right is that the responsibility for repairs and maintenance falls on the lessor.
At DMC, we also recycle, replace and replenish ink cartridges and offer unlimited callouts for any faults and repairs for extra peace of mind and minimal disturbance to your business.
What is the minimum leasing term for a duplicator printer?
Our typical leasing terms for a duplicator printer is between 3 and 5 years. We operate a minimum 3 years basis.
